Citizenship by investment in St. Kitts is available through four options.
To qualify for citizenship, you can either make a government donation of $250,000 or invest in real estate on the island starting from $325,000.
Option 1 / $250,000 — Non-refundable donation to the government fund

The cost of participation of a family of up to four people is $250,000 (not including state fees).
Option 3 / $325,000 — Developer’s Real Estate
$325,000 — for a single applicant (or one family). The investor becomes the owner of a real estate property.
The minimum investment period is 7 years, after which the property can be resold to another participant in the program.
Option 4 / $600,000 — Approved Private Home
There is an option to invest in private homes (Approved Private Home). The investor may purchase a condominium for $325,000 or a house for $600,000.
