To qualify for citizenship, you can either make a donation of [starting at] $200,000 to the government or purchase real estate on the island starting from $200,000.

Option 1 / $200,000 — Non – refundable donation to the government fund

Contribution to the Economic Diversification Fund (EDF). The donation amount may vary based on the number of dependents included in the main applicant’s application:

1. Main applicant = $200,000
2. Main applicant + spouse + 2 eligible dependents = $250,000
3. Additional dependents under the age of 18 can be added for an additional $25,000 each
4. Additional dependents over the age of 18 can be added for an additional $40,000 each
    

Option 2 / $200,000 — Real estate investment

All real estate options are approved by government and after 3 years the property can be sold, allowing you to release your capital, without affecting your citizenship. 

Government fees for real estate investment:

1. Main applicant = $75,000
2. Main applicant and up to three family members = $100,000
3. Any additional dependent under the age of eighteen: +$25,000
4. Any additional qualified dependent aged eighteen and over: +$40,000
